Quickest way to gain muscle

Despite the fact that i'm on weight watchers I need to begin tallying calories once more. Weight reduction shouldn't be this hard right? it's math...I think.

I'm worried about the possibility that that i'm experiencing serious difficulties i'm drawing closer that ever imperative development *30* I can't totally accuse my age until I really attempt however so here it goes.

At this moment i'm working out 5/6 days a week. I do a little weight lifting and different HIIT classes
